You can shop without creating an account. After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and whatsapp message from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Refund will only occur if: 1. The Wrong item was sent. 2. The item is Defective. 3. The item was damaged in shipping. You can claim a refund within 7 days from the date of the item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).
